I find that DC often has fairly poor customer service, particularly in the retail areas. It's the first day I've commuted by metro in about two months? Maybe more, I can't remember. I'm glad that DC has a metro. If it didn't exist things would be very different. A Specialized Tricross. My first time taking the Karate Monkey off road with big tires and the correct gear ratio was totally cool. I was able to turn out a 40 min session on the trainer while watching stage 16 Part II of the 2004 TDF. Watching the Tour while pedaling is pretty neat. The frequent use of the motorcycle camera angle creats the feeling that i'm riding along with the racers. Yes, I'm in my basement and watching a tv, but it helps.
